I saw tickets for sale on a another site, are these legitimate? No, the only site we sell tickets on is this one
Are tickets refundable? Unfortunately, there are no refunds once a ticket transaction has been completed for all productions and events at NewtonPAC. We do not refund tickets unless the artist cancels a show. We cannot refund tickets for any other reason.
Can I exchange my tickets? Subject to availability, tickets may be exchanged for SEASON TICKETS HOLDERS ONLY until 48 hours before a show or event for a $5 fee per ticket. We cannot exchange tickets after a show has taken place.
Where is your facility located? We are located right outside of historic downtown Newton, at the corner of W6th Street and N Ashe Avenue. NewtonPAC is right beside Newton-Conover City School offices. We are also a block over from the Holly & Ivy Inn. Use the address 60 W 6th Street Newton, NC when coming to see a show. See overview map in downloads at the bottom of this page.

When does the Box Office and Door open on show nights? Box Office and doors open 1 hour before showtime.
Where can I park? We have two smaller parking lots on W 6th Street and a large parking lot on the corner of W 7th Street and N Ashe Avenue. We also have overflow parking in the old baseball field at the corner of W 7th Street and N Ashe Avenue, the entrance is on W 7th Street. Residential homes are located on the streets across from our facility, if you are blocking their driveway those homeowners will call the police and have your car towed. NewtonPAC is not responsible for your parking or towed cars. See links at the bottom of this page to download parking areas.
Is NewtonPAC Handicapped Accessible? Yes, absolutely! We have a handicapped ramp at our 6th Street Entrance. Orchestra and gallery are accessible and we have an elevator for upstairs/balcony. Upstairs/balcony does have steps.

What size are your theater seats? Seats are 17 inches wide by 14.5 inches long
I ordered tickets and haven't received them in the mail? We only mail tickets for an extra fee, please make sure you chose this option when checking out if you would like your tickets mailed. We do not mail all ticket orders. Our office staff has to print and mail tickets, this is not an automated service. If you do not have you tickets 2 weeks before an event please contact our office. We are not responsible for mailed tickets after our staff give them to USPS.
What if I lose my tickets? We have a record of every ticket holders for that show in the Box Office on show night. We can look up your tickets and replace them for you.
Can I see your seating chart? Yes, please see the links at the bottom of this page to download our seating chart. We have an orchestra and balcony seating, with 504 seats and 6 handicapped seats.
I called the office outside of office hours (Tuesday-Thursday 9 am to 3 pm & Friday 9 am to 12 pm), when will I receive a call back? We have limited office staff and can only answer/return calls within office hours. If you leave a message outside of office hours, we will return your call when staff is back in the office. Office hours are also listed on our phone voicemail. Staff is only in the office and answering phone/emails during office hours.
I would like to purchase tickets for my child to attend a show with me, I'm worried that they will not be able to see the stage? We have limited availability booster seats for children, there is no charge to use but are first come first served. Children are usually able to see the show from our seats. Our stage is 4.5 feet off the ground and typically above the seeing level. Everyone must have a ticket to enter the building.

Do I need a ticket for my baby/infant? Every person must have a ticket, ages 0 to 150. Our facility requires a ticket in hand for every person entering our theatre. This includes babes in arms. Theatre capacity is important to track as it is limited, and we can only have one person in the theatre for each seat, even if the seat is not occupied by the infant.
Do you have a dress code? NewtonPAC welcomes all of your favorite outfits – from jeans to evening gowns and everything in between. We encourage our guests to dress comfortably, whether that means your holiday best, or your rock & roll vest. NewtonPAC does, however, adhere to a strict no shirt, no shoes, no show policy.
Can I take photos during the show? We want you to be able to re-live the epic experiences you have at our venues, however, camera/phones can get in the way of your fellow fan’s enjoyment. To respect all our guest’s experiences, video cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices and professional cameras (those including telephoto or zoom lenses) will not be permitted inside NewtonPAC. There are also instances when the artist prefers to perform in a phone-free environment; meaning cellphones, smart watches, cameras and recording devices will be prohibited.
Concessions & Alcohol Serving - For most events at NewtonPAC, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. NewtonPAC staff is trained in the nationally recognized T.E.A.M. (Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management) Training program for responsible alcohol management. All guests may be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages or food/drink from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest. Drinks and food purchased in the gallery are allowed inside the theatre.

How is NewtonPAC funded? NewtonPAC is a nonprofit organization. We are not funded by City of Newton or Catawba County funds. NewtonPAC supports itself by ticket sales, our shows, donations, sponsorships, grants, and rentals. If you like the shows you are seeing at NewtonPAC, please consider donating to our facility!
